1. Who operates this service
Fast Data Secrets, LLC operates Fortunes Visualized and is responsible for the information practices described in this policy. Fortunes Visualized is a Service Mark of Fast Data Secrets, LLC.
2. Information you choose to provide
Depending on how you use the site, you may provide your name, email address, company or channel, newsletter preferences, decision question, financial or household facts relevant to a model, purchase status, intake responses, application information, or other information you include in a form.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, login credentials, full financial account numbers, unredacted identity documents, or other sensitive information that is not explicitly required.
3. Payments through Stripe
When Stripe is used for checkout, payment information is submitted to Stripe and processed under Stripe's own privacy practices. Fortunes Visualized may receive transaction and customer information needed to fulfill the purchase, such as name, email address, product, payment status, amount, and transaction metadata.
Fortunes Visualized does not need to receive or store your full payment-card number in order to fulfill a Stripe Checkout purchase.
4. Google Forms and intake data
Fortunes Visualized may use Google Forms or another disclosed form provider for free questions, paid-request intake, Personal Decision Session requests, Custom Assessment applications, or partner inquiries. Information submitted through those forms is processed using that provider as well as Fortunes Visualized's own workflow.
Public-question and paid-public-review submissions may be used to prepare, schedule, and present an educational episode consistent with the naming and publication choices provided in the intake. Requests for private work are evaluated for fit and, if accepted, handled under the applicable private-engagement terms.
5. How information is used
Information may be used to process purchases, verify payment status, operate memberships, prepare and schedule accepted questions, evaluate applications, provide requested services, respond to inquiries, send requested updates, maintain business records, prevent abuse or fraud, improve the site and models, and comply with legal obligations.
Fortunes Visualized does not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Public versus private submissions
Free questions and Friday paid requests may be used in public educational content. Please do not include information you would not want used in preparing the public review. Where the intake offers a naming choice, Fortunes Visualized will use the selected presentation preference, subject to practical and legal limitations.
Information provided for a Personal Decision Session or Custom Assessment is treated as private engagement information and should be collected only to the extent reasonably needed for the agreed scope.
7. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by service providers that support payments, forms, email, hosting, analytics, file storage, security, and business operations. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a transaction or requested service.
8. Cookies, logs, and analytics
The site does not require advertising cookies to provide its core content. Hosting, security, analytics, payment, or embedded third-party services may collect technical information such as IP address, device or browser data, referral information, timestamps, and interaction data as needed for delivery, security, measurement, or fraud prevention.
9. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, business records, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and the purposes described in this policy. Raw intake and private uploads should be deleted or minimized when they are no longer needed for the applicable workflow.
Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Use the contact or inquiry method available on the site to make a request.
10. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, form, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
11. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and Fortunes Visualized does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as products, service providers, forms, analytics, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current posted version.
