1. Scope and operating entity
These Terms govern the Fortunes Visualized website, videos, interactive decision tools, memberships, Friday Priority Scenarios, Personal Decision Sessions, Custom Assessments, downloads, and related services operated by Fast Data Secrets, LLC. Fortunes Visualized is a Service Mark of Fast Data Secrets, LLC.
By using the site or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and the Financial Disclaimer.
2. Educational use and no professional relationship
Public content, interactive models, workbooks, estimates, and paid educational reviews are provided for informational and educational decision support. They do not create an investment-adviser, financial-planner, attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.
You remain responsible for verifying material facts and obtaining appropriately licensed professional advice where needed.
3. Membership
The current Fortunes Visualized membership is offered at the price and billing cadence shown at checkout. Public decision pages keep the useful conclusion, important numbers, Tipping Point when available, sources, and material limitations visible. Membership adds reusable utility such as fuller controls, supporting worksheets and data, saved versions, comparisons, and library access.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for a membership are the terms displayed at checkout or in the specific purchase flow. Features and library contents may change as the product evolves.
4. Friday Priority Scenarios
A $50 Priority Scenario is a focused Friday live educational review intended for approximately 5 to 7 minutes of live attention using a published Fortunes Visualized tool. The fee provides paid-queue priority for an eligible question and the stated level of analysis. The fee does not affect the conclusion, provide editorial control, or guarantee that a question outside the published scope will be modeled live.
Include only the facts needed for the scenario. Please do not submit information you do not have the right to share or information you would not want discussed publicly.
5. Personal Decision Sessions and Custom Assessments
A $595 Personal Decision Session uses client-provided facts in a published Fortunes Visualized tool. A Custom Assessment starts at $1,999 when the decision requires materially different alternatives, a different comparison structure, or a separately scoped decision-support deliverable.
Tailored work is limited to the agreed scope and, unless a broader structure is approved, excludes personalized securities or fund selection, portfolio allocation or rebalancing, contribution or withdrawal strategy, account management, and definitive investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice.
Private engagements may require a separate written scope, services agreement, and data-handling terms. If those specific written terms conflict with these general website Terms, the engagement-specific terms control for that engagement to the extent permitted by law.
6. Payments and third-party processors
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process information required to complete, authenticate, secure, and document the transaction under their own terms and privacy practices.
Purchase-specific billing, cancellation, renewal, refund, and fulfillment terms shown at checkout are part of the transaction.
7. User submissions and forms
Forms may be provided through Google Forms or another disclosed form provider. You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, full financial account numbers, unredacted identity documents, confidential third-party information, or other information that is unnecessary for the requested service.
For public questions and paid public reviews, do not expect confidentiality. Information submitted for private work is handled under the applicable private-engagement terms and privacy practices.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use public materials for personal, noncommercial educational purposes and may share links and short attributed excerpts. You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish, reverse engineer, or create a competing commercial product from substantial portions of Fortunes Visualized models, code, workbooks, graphics, videos, or other original materials without written permission.
Third-party names, clips, trademarks, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Accuracy, availability, and changes
Decision tools and content may contain errors, estimates, omissions, or outdated information. User-provided numbers and external data can change. Features, schedules, prices, and availability may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued.
No uptime, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or future result is guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Data Secrets, LLC and its owners, contributors, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for losses, damages, costs, or claims arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, models, content, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or use YouTube, Stripe, Google Forms, hosting providers, email providers, analytics services, or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the products, checkout flows, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current posted version.
